After a visit to the doctors this afternoon, I had to collect a prescription from the chemist. So while I was waiting for it to be prepared I went to the news agents nextdoor!
Saw this magazine!
It is new to me as I have never seen it before.
It came with a free Tea Cosy. I bit small for the average pot I think though, or you can make one of two other items from the fabric.
The Lavender cushions are quite pretty.
Think I may try and make this for Caitlin as an extra Christmas present!
Oooh I've never seen this magazine before, I'll have to look out for it. Thanks for sharing :-)
ReplyDeleteThat's a new one to me too.
ReplyDeleteOh no, not ANOTHER new magazine I'm going to have to buy! My lack of willpower's costing me a fortune and even my hubby's starting to notice the massive stack of mags tucked away at the side of my armchair:)
ReplyDeleteThat's new to me too.... *off to the newsagent*!! Thanks for sharing :) x
ReplyDeleteOh dear, more magazines to tempt me! I do like the apron (?) you might make for Caitlin. Oh I envy you your grandaughter! Thought of you two today, spotting vintage radios at the '40s weekend.

I love the thrill of a new magazine that you have never seen before. I was so excited at the prospect of Molli makes!
ReplyDeleteI just bought this too! I was having break between 2 of my massage exams and nipped in to Smith's (as one does!) and couldn't resist it - mainly because it has a peg bag pattern and I am making one for a friend for her wedding present... the free gifts might have swayed me a little too!
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen that either - it looks rather enticing!
