These look strangely familiar to me...I haven't made jam tarts for a very long time, but when I did that's how they used to look! (And I now remember the yummy taste too!) Helen x
The last time I made Jam tarts I put too much jam in them and they all welded themselves to the tin and I threw the whole lot away, tin included!!!! Haven't made any since!! xx
